There are three hotels at The Celtic Manor Resort. Guests can choose to stay in the luxurious five star Resort Hotel, the four star 19th century Manor House or the Newbridge on Usk, which is located only a stone's throw away from the Resort itself. Each hotel has its own style and atmosphere, allowing you to choose your ideal surroundings for a relaxing break.

Long before the new Resort Hotel was built, the historic 19th century Manor House was recognised to be one of the finest hotels in the United Kingdom, winning the Egon Ronay award for the best hotel in Wales for five consecutive years.
The Newbridge on Usk, a five star, two AA Rosette award-winning Restaurant with Rooms is a 200-year-old inn, offers six stylish en-suite bedrooms, designed with comfort and elegance in mind with a distinctive design in each room. Only a short distance from the Resort itself, it is a perfect location to relax and unwind.
In an adjacent building guests will be greeted with a warm Welsh welcome in the stunning country inn. Combining quaint, old worldly charm with a modern twist, it occupies an idyllic rural location sitting on the banks of the beautiful River Usk, near the charming village of Tredunnock.

Ingredients are selected with great care, and attention is given to how each combination of flavours will taste on the palate. Quality is the key in sourcing produce. Meats, including venison, are brought in from selected Welsh farms and fresh seafood arrives directly from Cornwall.
Seasonality and quality of produce is key when sourcing ingredients and our menus will change throughout the year to reflect this.
Expect to see the likes of "Hand-Dived Scallop, Spiced Veal Sweetbread, Creamed Lettuce and Autumn Truffle", " Fillet of Pollock, Woodland Pork Belly, Romanesco, Trompette and Cob Nuts", and "Home-Dried Raisin Financier, Cream Cheese and Pumpkin Sorbet" on the menu.
